This Privacy Policy explains how HeapForge d.o.o. ("HeapForge", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit heapforge.hr, contact us, or use our applications, including the Qenty mobile app. We are the data controller within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data we collect

• Contact form data. When you submit our contact form we receive your name, email address and the contents of your message.
• Launch notifications. If you sign up to be notified about Qenty, we store the email address you provide.
• Technical data. Our hosting and anti-spam providers may process your IP address and basic request metadata to keep the service secure.

How we use your data

• To respond to your enquiries and provide our services.
• To notify you about product launches you requested.
• To prevent spam, fraud and abuse of our forms.

We rely on your consent and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site as the legal bases for this processing. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising profiling.

Service providers

We use trusted third parties that process limited data on our behalf:

• Resend: delivery of transactional emails from our contact form.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: bot and spam protection on our forms.
• Hosting provider: serving the website and application infrastructure.

Data retention

We keep contact messages only as long as necessary to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. Launch-notification emails are kept until the product launches or until you ask us to remove them.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
